  •        Due to the nature of handcrafted and fabric products, slight variations in color, texture, or weave pattern from what is shown on-screen are normal and not considered defects.

  •        Product descriptions including fabric composition, GSM, and care instructions are provided in good faith based on information from our manufacturers.

  •        Vara Sarees does not store any card or bank details on its servers. All payment data is handled by our payment gateway partners.

  •        In case of payment failure, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

  6. Shipping & Delivery

  •        We ship pan-India via Shiprocket, Delhivery, or other logistics partners.

  •        Estimated delivery timelines are 5–10 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location. Remote or difficult-to-access areas may take longer.

  •        Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  •        We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

  •        Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery.

  7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  •        We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
